They rely on subcontractors they do not control, allow their clients to be robbed of packages they will not seek, then try not to reimburse you before entering into a negotiation process that is unscrupulous, even fraudulent through their Mr. God Move. They will wear you down to reimburse you only a third of the insured value and will shift the blame internally, hoping that you won’t come back to them, confident that they will find new unsuspecting victims who won’t complain.
