What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Our insurance policy covers against lost and damages which typically comes under All Risk coverage. We have one of the highest claim rates in town as we go above and beyond in assisting our clients in getting the best and highest claims rate supported by valid evidence and claims justification.

My experience with R7 Movers and Packers has been incredible, right from contacting them to get a quote for my shipment till my shipment was delivered in my new country of residence. Giving 4 stars here only because there a bit of back and forth involved to get the shipment delivered on a preferred date (weekend) whereas I was told while getting the quote that the weekend dates can be accommodated. Anyways, long story short, I reached out to one of the supervisors- Suresh and he helped me get my shipment right on time. So all good! Thank you R7, will definitely recommend your services to others!

Movers were friendly and extremely helpful. Very professional. All large furniture were well wrapped and delivered, without damage. Worth the price to avoid moving out stress.

A seemless moving experience.
RFQ with my requirement via their website and Nashrul got in touch a day after.
He has a keen understanding of my requirements, kept me informed at every stage and address any queries I had. Despite the short notice, he managed to arrange a slot per my limited availability.
Moving day was a breeze too.
Redzuan was the assigned PIC. His professionalism, punctuality and efficiency were remarkable. Both him and his team were committed to ensure all items were securely protected and transported without a scratch. Just simply outstanding.

As a customer, I want to express my utmost satisfaction with Roshan, the account manager from R7, for orchestrating an outstanding relocation from KL to Singapore. Roshan's professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. The team of 9 packers and movers worked tirelessly on-site, ensuring a smooth transition. I must also highlight Haziq, who took the lead on the moving day and meticulously labelled all the boxes, making the unpacking process a breeze. What's even more impressive is that my belongings were relocated in less than a week without encountering any issues along the way.
