I booked the move 3 weeks before and even paid 30% advance while normally movers take money only after packing / picking the stuff in Kuala Lumpur (just because of a recommendation from a friend). But [name removed by Sirelo] from Relocompare just sent me an email 10 days before the packing date stating that he can not take this job due to some issue at destination end with one of his partner. Then I had to run around and found another movers -packers and ended up spending much more money.
Although [name removed by Sirelo] refunded my 30% advance within 3 days of cancellation but you can see the height of i professionalism that during this whole process, he neither called me on phone or picked my phone. Cancellation happens thro email in case of Relocomapre.com

Completely professional to come and review and give the quote. Once they take your stuff no one communicates. Quote under 'DSP VENTURES SDN BHD' and Paid amount to 'RELOCOMPARE MY'

This was a nightmare. This guy didn't send my stuff for ages. And then the stuff was stuck because he didn't pay the shipping company. Had to get lawyers involved.

One of the worst companies ever. 9 months later and I still don't have my personal effects. [name removed by Sirelo] is ignoring my emails, not taking my calls. The physical address is bogus as I flew to KL to pay them a visit and there is nothing there.
Over charging, and 9 months later still no goods have arrived.
