Its founder established the company in Malaysia and launched it into an international platform with over 2,000 agents worldwide. What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
Our insurance policy is covered through ITI, USA (International Transit Insurance). This is a Door-To-Door "All Risk Marine & Transit" insurance coverage.
We experience little or no damages to our shipments due to our very experience crew with careful packing and handling of the goods. However, in the event of a claim, ITI and Four Winds will jointly manage any
claims or damages.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Firstly, the customer will know already by the first contact if they are dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable mover. Customers should also always look at the cost versus the services rendered. In many instances destination port charges (when not included) can make a difference in a fair assessment.

We are helping our dughter to relocate her household items and personal effects from Malaysia to United Kingdom. We had enquired several international movers and FOUR WINDS was among the first to revert, with fair and transparent pricing as well as shipping options.
Since then, they have been communicating and handling the moving process professionally, from quotation, confirmation to packing. Very professional service from the beginning to the end, prompt in responding, provided detailed explanation and close follow-up, all tailored to our specific needs.
We are very happy with the team’s excellent packing skills, professional handling of all the items, particularly the rare collection of vintage furnitures with delicate carvings, fragile porcelain vases, chinawares, framed tapestry, glass lanterns, etc. The packing materials used were of top quality.
In addition, FOUR WINDS has provided useul guidance on the UK TOR application and the declaration of values for insurance purpose. Constant updates, especially on vessel booking and shipping schedule, also made the overall process easy and efficient.
